Overview

The Partnership Health Center is a free primary healthcare facility staffed by volunteer physicians, nurse practitioners, physician extenders, nurses and administrative staff who serve the healthcare needs of the working uninsured in Lowndes County. Services include non-emergency healthcare and referrals to specialists and labs. Proof of eligibility is required.

The facility is located at 205 Woodrow Wilson Dr. in Valdosta, GA. Funding for the clinic is provided by donations and grants.

Eligibility

  • Employed full or part time
  • Resident of Lowndes County
  • Age 18-64
  • Earn less than 200% of the federal poverty level
  • The non-working dependent of a working family member. Must be age18 and above.

Volunteers

The Partnership Health Center is staffed by Volunteer Physicians, Physician Extenders, Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses who tirelessly serve our patients to improve the health of the community. Volunteers are needed in the following areas:
